Questin: Is it allowed helping with zakah money towards the construction of Masjid, Madrasah, Orphanage or Hospitals? What will be the hukm of a person who has paid zakah towards these above mentioned places?

Answer: One of the conditions for discharging the zakah is that the zakah should be transferred to a particular real person (and not a fictitious person) who is entitled to receive zakah, therefore the categories mentioned in the question is not a valid way of disbursement of the zakah money because in this case the property is not transferred to a particular real person. Likewise if anyone has paid zakah to the above mentioned places then he needs to re-pay the zakah again.
