Question: During the winter time my hands and feet gets dried so I put lot of oil and lotion. I want to know when I do wodhu the water passes over the oil or lotion and due to this reason is my wodhu valid?

Answer: Yes your wodhu will be valid as the water passing over the oil or lotion would not invalidate the wodhu. No need to remove oiliness while doing wodhu to be valid but you may wash it with hand-wash before wodhu for your satisfaction.
