1. DIVORCE

We execute Islamic Talaq and Khula especially for those who are the victim of domestic violence, harassed either physically or emotionally and or not satisfied with the marriage. From the juristic prospective in the absence of a ‘State Islamic Judiciary’ it is the duty of the Mufti Board (Legal Experts) to dissolve the marriage. Hence, we take the hassle while you put trust on us.

2. KHULA

khula is initiated by the wife which means the wife agrees to give up her dowry money or offer money to her husband in order to free her from the marriage. This is mutual agreement between husband and wife.

3. MEDIATION/COUNSELING

Before we take any decision to dissolve the marriage we prioritise to reconcile within the couple and put back the relationship in original place

4. ONLINE FATWA

However if you can’t find such answer, then you can ask us regarding your Fatwa, we will endeavour to provide you with satisfactory answer within the time frame. If your Fatwa is Talaq related we will not answer until we get necessary and satisfactory information from you.

5. ONLINE ISLAMIC COURSE

We provide online Islamic education from short courses to full Alimiyyah course including postgraduate degree programme for graduate Ulama. These courses are available for both genders and all age. All classes will be segregated by male and female teachers. You can choose our flexible study mode and time slot to suit your need.
