If you want to make an application to Darul Ifta London for your Islamic Divorce, you MUST READ and FOLLOW the PROCEDURE below to make a successful application. There are 2 types of forms 1. PDF version and 2. Microsoft Word (fillable) version.

1. Download the “OUR POLICY AND PROCEDURE” and read it very carefully and comply with it. (4 pages)

2. Download the “APPLICATION FORM FOR ISLAMIC DIVORCE” EITHER PDF OR MS FORMAT Print/Fill in and send it to us via EMAIL (4 pages)

3. Download the “WITNESSES 1 & 2 FORM” (1 FORM) which is OPTIONAL to get it signed by “TWO MALE WITNESSES” (1 page). Please note, if you have obtained your DECREE ABSOLUTE from the UK court then you DO NOT need to get witness testimonies. However, on both cases we strongly suggest you to get signed by witnesses for your future reference. (PDF/MS FORMAT)

4. If you prefer two separate witness forms, download the “WITNESSES 1 & 2 FORM” (2 SEPARATE FORMS) which you must get it signed by “TWO MALE WITNESSES” as mentioned above (2 pages). (PDF/MS FORMAT)

5. Send us the relevant DOCUMENTS
1. CORE DOCUMENTS: Marriage Certificate, Driving License or Passport Copy, 1 Utility Bill.
2. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: Any Other Official Documents.
(You will find this in the application form on “section 7 documents to supply on page 4”) along with Application form

6. You can send your application forms back to us in two ways:
1. By uploading your forms in “UPLOAD PAGE” or CLICK on (NOTE 4) “UPLOAD APPLICATION” below & it will take you to the “UPLOAD PAGE”
2. By emailing to us your scanned copies “(NOTE 5) “VIA EMAIL”)” below

7. A payment of £200 which includes registration fee. You can pay via “PayPal” option below or do “Online Transfer” (account details on the application form)

DOWNLOAD THESE 3 PDF FILES FOR YOUR ISLAMIC DIVORCE APPLICATION. If you want to print out witness forms separately then, you can do that by downloading last two forms either PDF or MS versions.
